Banana Flour
Banana Bread Recipe
1 Cup BagO Pride Banana Flour Pinch Salt 2-3 Ripe Bananas (mashed) 1 large Egg (beaten) 1/3 Cup Melted Butter 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Soda ¾ Cups Sugar (1/2 cup for less sweet or 1 cup to sweeten) Directions: Preheat oven at 350°F and butter a 4 × 8inch loaf pan. Mash ripe banana with fork until complete smooth. Mix in baking soda and salt. Stir in sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Mix in Banana flour. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50mins- 1 hour. Remove from oven. Slice and serve when cooled. *Tip – Do not add more flour unless other ingredients have been increased to serve more. |
Pumpkin Flour
Gluten-free Yellow Cake Recipe
1 ½ Cups BagO Pride Pumpkin Flour 1 tsp. Salt ¾ Cup Banana Flour 4 Eggs 1 ¼ Cups White Sugar 1 Cup Milk 2 tsps. Vanilla Extract 1 tsp. Baking Soda 3 tsps. Baking Powder 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise Directions: Preheat oven at 350°F. Grease and flour two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. Combine flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder and set aside. Mix eggs, sugar and mayonnaise until fluffy. Add the flour mixture, milk and vanilla, and mix well. Bake for 25mins or until toothpick inserted near to centre comes out clean. Completely cool and frost if desired. Tip – BagO Pride gluten-free flour can be mixed with other gluten or non-gluten flours. |

1 tsp. Eggshell Flour ½ Cup Dried Peppermint Leaf 1 cup water (hot) 2-3 tbsp. Honey Directions: Using a tea cup mix all ingredients and enjoy! *Tip – Do not add more eggshell flour unless other ingredients have been increased to serve more. |
